We conduct international purchasing in accordance with the laws, customs, and practices of foreign countries, consistent with United States laws, Millennium's policies, and Ethical Standards and Guidelines.

Millennium's Supplier Registration Process

Millennium requires all Suppliers and Business Partners to submit information about themselves through Millennium's Supplier On-Boarding application at http://millennium.supplier.ariba.com in order to execute any business transaction between the parties. Any company interested in establishing a business relationship with Millennium must complete the self-registration process in order to be evaluated by Millennium's Strategic Sourcing department. Once your company is entered in the database it will become part of a searchable database designed to allow Millennium personnel to find companies who are able to provide goods or services from a list of qualified providers that meet the criteria sought by Millennium.

Millennium's Supplier Diversity Program

At Millennium, our mission is to deliver extraordinary medicines to patients with cancer worldwide through our science, innovation, and passion. And, as part of our Core Values, we dedicate ourselves to our patients' fight by hiring the best and brightest people with diverse talents and perspectives in the communities where we do business. That same commitment to diversity within our employee base is extended to our supplier base, and is an important aspect of our business.

The mission of Millennium's Supplier Diversity Program's is to strengthen our Supplier base in order to maximize the quality and talent available to help us conduct our business. This is accomplished by developing and maintaining partnerships with Diverse Suppliers who meet our requirements for excellence and innovation, and are competitive in their offerings. Suppliers included in the Supplier Diversity Program include small businesses, and those owned by minorities, women, veterans, service disabled veterans, lesbian-and-gay business owners, and others.

The Supplier Diversity Program allows us to invest in the communities in which we live, work and serve. We see it as an opportunity to make a positive impact on our communities by: actively searching for opportunities to engage Diverse Suppliers, taking the time to review Diverse Suppliers' qualifications or meet with them, or mentoring them by providing suggestions on how their offering could be improved to attract our business. If you wish to participate in Millennium's Supplier Diversity Program please access Millennium's Supplier Self-Registration database at http://millennium.supplier.ariba.com and complete the online Registration form displayed after selecting the 'Register as a new Supplier' option.
