Your base salary, or regular rate of pay, is reviewed on an annual basis. Base pay reflects your position responsibilities, competencies, skills, qualifications and performance over time.

The Millennium Success Sharing Plan pays an annual cash bonus based on the achievement of overall company goals and your own performance toward achieving these goals.

The Millennium long-term incentive program allows you to participate in the long-term growth of the company and share in our success. It is designed to align your interests with Takeda shareholders as well as encourage you to focus on Millennium performance.
