HEALTH & WELLNESS

Wellness is a top priority at Millennium, and we want you to take advantage of our health benefits right away.

Beginning on your hire date, you and your eligible dependents may select medical, dental and vision coverage and flexible spending accounts. You may also participate in a variety of wellness and fitness programs.

We offer two plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield:

  • Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO)
  • Preferred Provider Organization (PPO)

Both plans allow members to seek care without referrals, giving you the flexibility to coordinate your own care. If you see an "in-network" or preferred provider, the plans offer the same coverage. However, the PPO offers out-of-network benefits through non-preferred providers.

We provide comprehensive dental coverage through the Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier program. We cover:

  • Preventive care at 100%
  • Restorative care at 80%
  • Major restorative at 50% up to an annual maximum
  • Orthodontia benefits to all members

Vision Service Provider (VSP), the nation's largest provider of eye health services, covers the following vision care:

  • Eye exams
  • Lenses and frames for glasses
  • Contact lenses

Co-payments and limits vary for service type.

Here are the options we offer for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs):

  • Place up to $5,000 annually in a pre-tax account for healthcare to cover eligible out-of-pocket medical, dental and vision expenses
  • Contribute up to $5,000 annually for dependent care reimbursement to cover related expenses

Best Doctors is a unique service that helps you and your dependents get answers to questions about a medical condition; it's like getting a second opinion. Best Doctors will help you and your treating physician answer two questions:

  • Is the diagnosis right?
  • Is the treatment plan correct?

At Millennium, we believe a healthy person is happier and more productive in their personal life and at work. To promote health and wellness at Millennium, we provide programs designed to help you find ways to handle health issues and enhance your overall quality of life. Programs include:

  • Onsite services
  • Online programs
  • Fun events
  • Seminars
  • Fitness support through subsidies and discounts to local gyms and health studios

We offer these programs through medical, health and fitness professionals. Topics include life/work balance, nutrition, physical fitness, ergonomics and stress reduction.
