All applicants should submit their resume electronically. We strongly prefer that resumes are submitted electronically, which enables our recruiters to conduct applicant searches within the database.

Upon submitting your resume for a particular job, your resume will be reviewed by a specific recruiter handling that position for a possible fit against the stated qualifications and experience. Also, your resume will remain in our database and is available to our recruiters for future consideration.

You will receive an email confirming submission of your resume to the database.

If your qualifications meet the needs of the position and Millennium, you will be contacted by a Millennium recruiter to initiate a phone screen. However, due to the volume of resumes we receive, after our initial acknowledgment, we do not personally contact everyone who submits a resume.

Your qualifications are initially assessed based on the written documentation that you provide when you are applying. Interview team members use your interview responses during all phases of the recruitment process, along with other information such as your application, resume, references and additional information you may provide to further assess your qualifications.

All of our active job openings are posted and/or updated on a daily basis.

Generally, if a position is posted on the Web site, it is actively being recruited against and has not yet been filled.

Yes. Millennium recruiters actively search our database for resumes and attempt to match the results to the openings as they are posted.

Yes. We strongly recommend that you submit your resume for each posted position that matches your experience, qualifications and background.

The majority of Millennium's openings are based in our Cambridge, MA headquarters. Our field-based positions are located throughout the United States.

This varies with each position depending on the level and qualifications we are looking for. We work diligently to expedite the recruitment and selection process, but there are a number of factors involved that impact the timeframe once a slate of candidates have been identified such as the number of candidates, the availability of the interview team members and/or candidates and conducting the reference check and background check requirements.

Our recruiters will do their best to keep you posted on the status of the process, and we encourage you to stay in close contact throughout the process. We encourage candidates who are actively interviewing with Millennium to stay in contact with the recruiter during the process regarding any updates to availability and status.

There are several important steps to take in preparation for your interview at Millennium:

  • Arrive on site for the interview approximately 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time
  • Bring several copies of your resume to distribute, if necessary
  • Be prepared to answer questions related to your experience, education, skills, certifications and training
  • Make a list of questions you would like to ask the interview team
  • Relax and enjoy the interview
