Millennium values its relationships with external professional staffing agencies. To protect the interests of all parties involved, we require:
- A signed agreement for each position between Millennium and the recruiting agency before presentation of any candidates
- Recruiters to present Millennium candidates through our Human Resources department
- Recruiters are not to contact Millennium employees in an attempt to present candidates or not to inquire about assisting with other posted positions
About Unsolicited Resumes
We do not accept unsolicited resumes from staffing firms for current or future positions. Submission of unsolicited resumes in advance of a signed agreement between Millennium and a staffing firm does not create any implied obligation on the part of Millennium.
Our Preferred Provider List
