weekly (days 1, 4, 8, 11) with 10-day treatment-free period for standard 21-day cycle

Per the PINNACLE protocol, patients with stable disease or partial responses could receive
therapy for up to 1 year (maximum 17 cycles)
The median number of cycles administered across all patients was 4
The median number of cycles administered in responding patients (CR+CRu+PR) was 8
